In order for us to engrave your logo/family crest or initials we need to blow up the image to A4 size. If the artwork we receive is not good the image is very pixelated and we have to redraw it. This is time consuming and unfortunately comes at a cost.
ARTWORK MUST BE ALREADY ENLARGED, IDEALLY A4 SIZE, HIGH RESOLUTION, BLACK AND WHITE ONLY, AND IN PDF FORMAT. Otherwise, we may need to charge you for redrawing the artwork. If you know your artwork quality is not great, please pay the redrawing fee at checkout to prevent any delay in processing your order.
